From CT International airport: allow extra time for road works Proceed from airport -depart to exit the airport base -keep in left lane - until underneath the bridge take first immediate exit left - proceed to keep left on top of bridge - Follow traffic over robot on the edge of the bridge - then over the next one as well and turn right at big traffic light direction Stellenbosch - keep right - turn right at next robot and follow the route all the way to Stellenbosch until you pass the Stellenbosch train station on your left hand side. Keep left at the next robot and proceed over the next 3 sets of traffic lights and move to right hand lane to turn right at next robot R310 Pniel, Franschhoek. . Proceed all the way over mini-mountain-Helshoogte pass .All on your left. Tokara, Alluvia, Zorgvliet, Moore's End. Proceed over first cobble stones in the road and at second cobble stones would be main road signage of LUMLEYS PLACE on R310--- turn left Proceed towards mountain - until signage to left for Lumley's Place -follow winding until stop street - Lumley's Place. From City Centre, Waterfront or Northern Suburbs: Option1 NI - take EXIT 47 off N1 : exit is for R44 Stellenbosch/Klapmuts- at stop street right at bottom of exit to continue underneath bridge towards 4way stop. Proceed across for 200m and turn left onto R45 Franschhoek. Proceed for 8km -until the end of the road and turn right towards R45 Franschhoek. Continue for 3.5km till turn off to right R310 Stellenbosch /Pniel. Drive for 4.5km Pass Boschendal, Pniel Primary on left hand side. Continue till Pniel Mini market on your right and signage of LUMLEY'S PLACE B&B will be on left of R310--- turn right towards mountain and continue till first left- proceed until stop street - Lumley's Place. From City Centre, Waterfront or Northern Suburbs: option2 N1 via Stellenbosch: Take exit to left for Stellenbosch- Proceed right at stop street. Continue all the way until 2nd traffic lights (10min+). Turn left and then right at next one. Keep left at next set traffic lights and proceed over 3 sets of traffic lights and turn right at the 4th one and proceed over next traffic light towards R310 Franschhoek & Pniel. Keep left at next set traffic lights and proceed over 3 sets of traffic lights and turn right at the 4th one and proceed over next traffic light towards R310 Franschhoek & Pniel. At Stop turn right and follow R45 Signage for Franschhoek by turning left and continue underneath bridge - 10 - 15 min until until signage R310 Stellenbosch /Pniel. Turn right into R310 . Pass the police station on our left, then Boschendal, Pniel Primary on left hand side. Continue pass Pniel Mini market on your right and signage for LUMLEY'S PLACE B&B will be on left of R310-- turn right into that street and continue till first left- proceed until stop street - Lumley's Place. From Franschhoek to Lumleys Place Turn left onto the R310, past Boschendal and through Pniel, signage would be on left hand side, - turn right towards mountain. - Next turn left and follow the winding until the stop street - Lumleys Place will be across the road.
