Directions from Johannesburg. Take the N3 to Durban. At Villiers (before the Tollgates?DO NOT go through the Tollgates.) take the R26 to Frankfurt. So turn right over the highway. Just before Frankfurt there is a T-junction. Turn right towards Frankfurt. Pass the town on your right. Go over the Vaal river and at the T-junction, turn left (keeping on the R26) to Tweeling, Reitz & Bethlehem. Drive into Bethlehem town. Turn right in Eeufees Street and right again into Commissioner Street. Still staying on the R26 to Fouriesburg/Ficksburg. Follow this road to past Fouriesburg and Ficksburg. About 8km outside of Ficksburg on the right-hand side is the turnoff for the S444. Gravel. Follow this for 8.3km and the Springwater Cottages turn-in is on your right-hand side. Directions from Bloemfontein Take the airport road (N8) towards Thaba Nchu, Botshabelo and Ladybrand. Carry on past Ladybrand (you are now on the R26). 22.5km past the Clocolan turn-off is the turn-off for the S444; on your left. Follow this for 8.3km and the Springwater Cottages turn-in is on your right-hand side.
