1. Take the R27 (West Coast Rd) to Velddrif. 2. After leaving Blaauwberg Strand there are no Robots or Stop streets until you reach Velddrif. 3. The distance from Cape Town to Velddrif is a 140km. 4. You pass only 1 petrol station which is an Engen Garage (at Langebaan turnoff) exactly 30km before you reach Velddrif. PLEASE PHONE ME WHEN YOU PASS IT. 5. Once you reach Velddrif you will cross the Carinus Bridge and reach a STOP SIGN just after that. 6. Turn left at the stop and travel 1km until you get a sign “Admiral Island & Port Owen”. 7. Turn left at the sign & travel down Port Owen Drive turning right at the 6th road into Helena Avenue. 8. Road immediately becomes a T junction, turn right at the T junction, road continues as Helena Avenue. 9. 33 Helena Avenue is the 10th House on the left hand side & is clearly marked the “Dolphin Place Guest House 33 Helena Avenue”. 10.
