From Johannesburg Take the N1 North past Pretoria. Shortly past Pretoria take the N4 towards Emhahlahleni ( previouslyWitbank) by taking exit 145. (Keep right at the fork, follow signs for N4/Emalahleni and merge onto N4) Follow the N4 for 189km, passing Emalahleni, and the Alzu ( a one stop garage and restaurant complex 60km before the Belfast turn off) . Take the Belfast turnoff ( exit toward R33). Keep left at the fork and merge onto R33. From Belfast go via Dullstroom (33km) - Lydenburg (Mashishing) (50km) - Ohrigstad (R36) (40km), and through the Strijdom Tunnel straight to Hoedspruit (R527). Go through the town until you go over the railway bridge, then turn right at the 4 way stop. 500m on is another 4 way stop at which you turn left into the Pick 'n Pay centre and follow the road (100m) down to the main gate of Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate. From Nelspruit Follow the R40 (North) to White River - Hazyview - Bushbuckridge - Acornhoek - Klaserie Turn right at the sign 'R40 Hoedspruit'. As you enter Hoedspruit, you encounter a 4-way srtop. turn right into the Pick 'n Pay centre and follow the road (100m) down to the main gate of Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate.
