From Johannesburg take the N12 to Emalahleni (Witbank) where it becomes the N4 / from Pretoria take the N4. Continue on the N4 to Nelspruit. From Nelspruit take the R40 to White River. At the first traffic light in White River turn left into Danie Joubert Street. First traffic light right into Tom Lawrence. Second traffic left into Theo Kleynhans, (now you are on the R40 again). Carry straight on the R40 (do not take the R358 Numbi Gate/Hazyview Road.) After about 35km you will travel past a service station on your right. After 1 km. the next turn off to the left is marked Eagle's Nest Chalets - turn left there. Carry on to the T-Junction and turn right there. After 200m the road turns to a gravel road. after 3.2km Eagle's Nest will be on your right.
