Directions from Cape Town International Airport: *Take the N2 motorway towards Cape Town. *Approximately 12 kms after the airport take the "M5 - North - direction: MILNERTON" and then join the "N1 - direction: CAPE TOWN" (+/- 3 kms). *After +/- 2 kms take exit 4 "Paarden Island" towards "MILNERTON - TABLE VIEW - WEST COAST" (on left). *You are now on the coastal road (Marine Drive - R27): follow it for approximately 12 kms. *Turn left at the 'Bayside Shopping Centre' traffic light (the centre is on your right hand side) into "M14 Bloubergroad" *After 300 metre take 2nd exit of roundabout *Take 1st road to right and straight away left onto Beach Boulevard Road, continue passed Doodles Restaurant and take 1st left into Ascension Road, then left into Teneriffe Close, 1st house on right hand side is 2 Teneriffe Close, that is the 3 Palms Beach Villa
