N1 to Worcester, from the N1 turn right into Roux Road (first set off traffic lights into Worcester), continue onto Riebeeck Street, turn left into High Street, at the traffic lights take the Robertson Rd/R60 turn-off to your right. Continue to Robertson, thereafter Ashton and then the Montagu pass and the town of Montagu. As you enter Barrydale you'll have the Barrydale Cellar on your right. Continue straight on Route 62, to your left will be The Route 62 Stop/Caltex Garage, the Barrydale Karoo Lodge is approximately 500m from this point on your right hand side.
