Take R716 from Deneysille to Oranjeville. About 3kms before Oranjeville, turn left on to gravel road. You will see a board The Peninsula. 100m up at fork, keep left. Go through first security gate over the road. Continue 3 kms. At 2nd security gate you will be required to sign in. Access will only be allowed if prior arrangements have been made. Travel 150m, turn right at Hector's Bay Drive. travel 500m - turn right and go to Palisade gate. You are now at Hector's Bay Cottage.
