Kapteinskloof is about a two hour drive from Cape Town. Take the N7. Go past Malmesbury and Moorreesberg. About 8km before Piketberg you pass the Nieuwedrift wine farm on your right and then you cross the Berg River. Take the next turn left onto R399 for Velddrift. You pass Org de Rac wine farm. Take the next turn-off to the left for ''Velddrif, Aurora''. Go about 22 km on this road (R399) then turn right onto gravel road to ''Kapteinskloof". Travel 9 km, cross a little bridge and you will see a whole lot of blueberry tunnels. Turn right just before last tunnel onto a gravel road and follow the road. Stop at the second dwelling – the thatched roof cottage. You have arrived.
