You can use google maps, by simply looking for Lengau Lodge. Google maps will guide you right until our doorstep (you might want to create an off-line map from the region within Google maps, to avoid data usage) We can arrange a transport from OR Tambo International Airport by a luxury shuttle service (contact us directly via our website) or: By Airplane: Take an inland flight from any place to Hoedspruit Eastgate Airport. Either rent a car or we can make arrangements to pick you up. It takes about an hour to drive to the lodge. By Car: from Johannesburg, there are two typical routes; -1- From the airport you follow directions Boksburg via the R21. Follow directions N12 towards Witbank. Follow the N4 towards Belfast. Near Belfast turn onto R33 and follow R540 to Lydenburg. Through Lydenburg and follow R36. You will go through the Strijdom tunnel, which is a beautiful part of the route. Be sure to turn right onto R530 towards Mica. Turn Left to follow R40 direction Phalaborwa. After about 19 km turn right at the sign "Balule-Grietjie Gate". At the gate you will get detailed directions for the final 5 km inside the reserve. -2- From the airport you follow R21 direction Pretoria. Take turn 134 to follow the N1 towards Polokwane. Near Polokwane follow N1/R36/R71. You will pass the beautiful forrest route; Wolkberg Wilderness. You will drive through Tzaneen, follow R71 towards Gravelotte. Continue the route via the R526. Turn left at R40. After about 19 km turn right at the sign "Balule-Grietjie Gate". At the gate you will get detailed directions for the final 5 km inside the reserve.
