From Johannesburg / Pretoria. Follow the N4 to Machado Tollgate. After the tollgate take the Schoemanskloof (R36 / R539) turnoff. Travel for approximately 41 km and you get the Weltevreden turnoff (just before the Viva Petrol Stop). Turn left and travel for approximately 3km on the gravel road (crossing the single lane bridge over the Crocodile River). Then turn left again on the Sterkspruit road and travel the last 6 km to the farmgate (C21) on your left. The last 10 km to the farm is a gravel road, suitable for normal sedan if you take it easy at stretches where there might be a bit of erosion after the rain. NB - the Weltevreden road is the only road that crosses the Crocodile River. Please do not take any other road which Google maps might inform you to take. From Nelspruit / Mbombela travel on the N4 to Montrose crossing. Turn right on the R539 Schoemanskloof road. Travel for approximately 20 km and you get the Weltevreden turnoff (just after the Viva Petrol Stop). Turn right and travel for approximately 3km on the gravel road (crossing the single lane bridge over the Crocodile River). Then turn left again on the Sterkspruit road and travel the last 6 km to the farmgate (C21) on your left.
