Trisport Adventure Weekend 2015 - 3
If you're a budding athlete looking to participate in a 'mini' triathlon, Benguela Cove in association with Trisport, will be hosting a 2-day sporting event from the 27-28 November 2015 in Hermanus.
Interested parties can participate in a Trail run, swim and a night-time mountain bike cycle. All these activities will take place against the picturesque backdrop of the Overberg mountains. Swim 2kms in the salty Hermanus Lagoon, or if you're not a strong swimmer, opt for the shorter 600-metre route. The mountain bike cycle takes place at night, where you'll have the choice of opting for the challenging 36km or the easier 9 km route. End off your sport-filled weekend with a trail run of either 5.5kms or 9kms.
After all that exercise, sample Benguela Cove's collection of award-winning wines in the tasting room, or indulge in the delectable chocolate, cheese or turkish delight and wine pairings.
This is a not-to-be-missed event for sporting enthusiasts, and a fun weekend away for the whole family.
