Decorex Durban 2017
In a creative melting pot like South Africa, people have many opportunities to expose themselves to innovative design ideas, often through design festivals and indabas. One such design show is Decorex co-sponsored by Plascon and Caesarstone, an international trade show which travels the country, highlighting top designers and design trends in décor, lifestyle and food. In March, it’s time for Decorex Durban.
From 18 to 21 March 2017, the Durban Exhibition Centre will be transformed into design haven. While the programme is still to be confirmed, if last year's event is anything to go by, Decorex 2017 will not disappoint. Right from the entrance to the event you will be enthralled by creativity.
The 2017 Decorex Durban is themed “Make your space your living dream”, visitors will have access to a variety of globally influenced designs and trends which have been localised to suit the South African home.
One of the show’s highlights is the Pop Up Night Market taking place on Monday, 20 March from 3pm to 8pm. This vibrant, one-night only event will feature a wide variety of quality artisanal offerings including homeware, clothing, food and craft beer with fantastic live music creating a truly festive atmosphere.
Foodies will love the wide spectrum of delicious culinary experiences and endless dining options, that range from casual cafés, full-service restaurants, and the perennial gourmet market.
A combination of beautiful inspiration and clever ideas, as well as fun, interactive installations and delicious eats make Decorex Durban the ideal place to visit with a group of friends – or even the whole family.
