Waterval Country Lodge has been operating since 1994. We are situated at the foot of the Obiqua mountains overlooking the Witzenberg valley and are surrounded by nature. We offer a true family breakaway, with access to hiking trails, the magnificent Tulbagh mountain biking trails, organised activities for the kids, picnics and much more. The historical town of Tulbagh being only 8 km away, with award winning wines and olive oils, all within a 10 min drive. Waterval is situated on 40 hectares bordering the Waterval nature reserve, with a beautiful waterfall and natural swimming holes, only 10 min walk away. Our accommodation offers a 4 bedroom self-catering lodge and 7 stunning garden facing rooms offering bed and breakfast. All rooms are comfortable, stylish en-suite units and offer air-conditioning, king size beds, linen and towels, swimming pool and access to braai facilities. Guinea fowl lodge further offers exclusivity to a 4 bedroom, self-catering lodge, with dining room, entertainment room with pool table and big screen television, kitchen and private braai area.
