Kalahari Water Guest Farm is a working farm, which provide grapes to the local cellar , Orange River Cellars, on the edge of nature, where you as guest, will feel closer to nature than ever. The Orange River is 2 km from the main self – catering chalets. Wedding and conference, camping, Kalahari Water Guest Farm is a centralized 3( three) star graded accommodation farm from the most important visiting spots, such as, Augrabies Falls National Park, Kalagadi, Namaqualand and the West Coast. The AA gave us a recommended status as part of our seriousness about exceptional client service. We give luxury resting place for not just the head, soul and body, but the old, young and weary, surrounded by Mother Nature herself. Come and enjoy the, farm feeling, adventure with us! We offer a range of accommodation types to suit all guests. First on offer are the six fully equipped self-catering units, which sleep from two to four people. For the nature lovers, there is the Bush Camp with four reed and canvas huts alongside the Orange River. These units have no electricity or warm water. The caravan and camping park offers sites along the Orange River with options that include and exclude electricity. For backpackers and smaller groups, we have the Dam Cabana on the bank of the farm's irrigation dam. The establishment also has a wheelchair friendly self-catering unit. If you are in need of a birthday party venue, a rustic locale for your wedding, a place to bring a youth group for a camp or sleepover, or any similar group activities, we can help you. The "Groot Lapa" can seat up to 150 persons and sleeps 60 in its three sleeping dorms. For smaller (up to 20 pax) groups there is "Oupa Piet se Dek". Certain conditions have to be met for these venues. Finally we have a day visitor's area down by the river for those who just need a short break or a place to braai and get their feet wet in the Orange River.
