Tuningi Safari Lodge is a beautiful lodge set in the 75000 hectare, malaria free Madikwe Game Reserve. Tuningi is set in a peaceful valley surrounded by the serenity of the African Bush. The main building has a huge wooden deck with a stunning rim-flow pool overlooking a waterhole. Attached to this deck, along a winding wooden boardwalk is a magnificent outdoor boma under an ancient fig tree. The interiors are 'Colonial African chic' and are comfortable as well as luxurious. Tuningi Safari Lodge sleeps 16 people in gorgeous free standing, thatched rooms that are all equipped with en-suite bathrooms, outdoor showers, air-conditioning, gas fireplaces and their own private wooden deck.There are two family units that consist of two double bedrooms en suite, with an adjoining living area. These rooms are perfect for parents traveling with their children and friends traveling together.
