All 3 of our guest flats have a kitchen and comfortable lounge. Utopia offers hospitality, warmth and tranquility for both leisure and business travelers. All of these flats were inspired by the Guest House name UTOPIA “Perfect Harmony”. The main foundation colours that run throughout each flat are: Greys, Whites and Neutrals. Each flat has a colour and an element of the universe as a whole. We chose 3 of the universal elements that work in perfect harmony.
