From Johannesberg: Duration approximately 3 hours. Take the N3 to Harrismith. Turn off onto the N5, Bethlehem road, continue for approx. 5 kilometres, turn left at the R712, Bergville sign. Continue for approx. 8 kilometres, turn left at the R74, Bergville sign. Continue for approx. 30 kilometres, turn off 8.5 kilometres from Little Switzerland hotel on the right hand side and follow the Northern berg route. Continue for only 2,7 kilometers, turn right at the Berghouse sign, continue on the unpaved driveway with Worldclass views to the Berghouse and Cottages reception. From Durban: Duration approximately 3 hours. Take the N3 passed Pietermaritzburg, continue past Estcourt, turn left after the Shell Ultra city petrol station and left again onto the R74. Continue passed Winterton and past Bergville, for 27 kilometers, turn off left, at the sign, The Berg House and Cottages, Northern Drakensberg, continue for 2,7 km's, turn off right at the Berghouse sign, continue on the unpaved driveway with Worldclass views to the Berghouse and Cottages reception.
