The rooms consist of 2 Double rooms with en-suite bathrooms and 3 Standard en-suite rooms with there own private entrance. The rooms are tastefully furnished with heater's and fan's and a fridge in each room with a kettle for tea and coffee in the morning. All rooms have smoking area outside the rooms. There is a microwave in the main kitchen if guest wants to warm something to eat. Breakfast is served in the dining room in the mornings between 07 h 00 and 08 h 30 and must be booked the night before with extra cost per person Book in time is between 2 pm and 7 pm. Arrangements can be made if there is a different time to book in There is one TV in the Main lounge for guest with full D S TV available. There is two options with breakfast and one without breakfast. Breakfast must be booked the night before or it can be included in the quote without breakfast when guests require it on line and that cost is R 70.00 per person per morning. Forest View Guesthouse is situated just off the N 2 in Sedgefield (between Knysna and Wilderness ) The nearest airport is in George. Sedgefield is a village. Braai facilities are available on the premises with safe parking for your vehicle. Forest view guesthouse is 500 meters from the Swartvlei (Lake)wetland and 2 km from the beach. As a seaside village, Sedgefield lends itself towards a tranquil lifestyle. Being surrounded by seven wetlands, the bird life and fishing are in abundance as well as being a haven for fauna and flora alike. Water sports are available around Sedgefield. Paragliding and hang gliding is a major attraction in the village, with the launch site opposite the guesthouse. Whale watching, hiking and many other activities can be enjoyed almost all year round as the climate is ideal. Sedgefield also boast 5 pristine beaches where surfer's day trippers and sun worshippers can relax.
