Rushoek Lodge is just outside Bloemfontein in the peaceful and very safe Bainsvlei area. The luxurious self catering Cat-units are ideal for couples,(including max 2 kids by prearrangement) Each Cat-unit has its own bathroom, kitchenette, dining area, television, (DVD player and large selection of movies available at no extra charge - on request) and privately enclosed garden with braai/BBQ area. Furthermore we have economy bachelor's and one-bedroom units with the bare basics like a fridge and microwave. Prices are charged per unit and/or per person. When we receive requests for more people, than we normally cater for per unit, it may have an effect on the price. Rushoek is pet-friendly, farmer-with-livestock-friendly, family-friendly, wheelchair-friendly and more than gay-friendly. Bainsvlei is a well known agricultural area. Its soil is red up to a depth of 4 metres and are internationally regarded as the best agricultural soil in the world. You will mostly see thousands of hectre maize, wheat, sunflower, peanuts or vegetable farmlands around you. The krugersdrift dam, the Soetdoring game reserve and Cheetah experience are but a few km from Rushoek. The best thing about our area is that you live outside the city, but you can be anywhere in the city within minutes.
