Our 2 bedroom self catering ground floor apartment in Strand is 50m from the beach (no sea view) and sleeps 4 guests max. No struggling for parking at the beach!! It is less than 0,5km from Strand Golf course and less than 1km from Somerset Mall. The apartment is fully equipped and incl dstv, indoor and outdoor braai, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer etc, full bathroom with bath and shower. We do supply bedding and bath towels. Air con in main bedroom available @ R50 per day. Free WiFi. An inverter system keeps the lights,tv and wifi on during load shedding. There are 2 double bedrooms. A lock-up garage provides for safe parking for your vehicle. Some of the modern big vehicles do not fit into garage and alternative safe parking in complex will be provided in such a case. CONDUCT RULES; Due to strict rules from the body corporate no groups of young adults or students are allowed. The other occupants of the complex must ALWAYS be considered. No loud music or parties allowed at the complex or any other behaviour that is disturbing the other occupants of the complex. No extra guests or day visitors are allowed. No extra parking in complex. No smoking in unit or passages of complex. If the guests do not adhere to these rules they will be asked to leave without any refunds.
