Some of the modern big vehicles do not fit into the garage. Alternative parking in complex behind safety gate would be provided in such a case. CONDUCT RULES; Due to strict rules from the body corporate no groups of young adults or students are allowed. The other occupants of the complex must ALWAYS be considered. No loud music or parties allowed at the complex or any other behaviour that is disturbing the other occupants of the complex. No extra guests or day visitors are allowed. No extra parking in complex. No smoking in unit or passages of complex. If the guests do not adhere to these rules they will be asked to leave without any refunds.
