The (2nd bedroom has queen bed) & (3rd bedroom has 2xsingle beds-made up as king) and share a bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet and stone hand basin. French and Sliding doors lead out to the sea view patio from 1st &2nd bedrooms, study, and lounge. Comfortable living throughout. Entire front of house has patio overlooking the sea & equipped with braai facilities, table, chairs & umbrella for el fresco outdoor dining, sheltered from the South Easter winds .Two sets of steps lead down from the patio to garden with large swimming pool, luxurious sun loungers and another braai facility for entertaining. House and kitchen fully equipped with all mod cons :large flat screen TV with DSTV, superior stereo sound, Excellent free WiFi throughout, fully alarmed with 24/7 response, plus any emergency response. Linen 100% percale white cotton. Bath & beach towels supplied. Free house serviced & linen & towels changed once a week. Off street parking in safe area. 5min walk to safe swimming beaches & 15min walk to Boulder’s Penguin Colony, where you can swim among the penguins. Simon’s Town Waterfront 3km where shark cage diving, boating trips, kayaking, bird watching, trips to Seal Island is available. 15 min drive to Cape Point Nature Reserve & see the baboons along the way. Wake up in the morning to beautiful sunrises & the sounds of whales blowing during season! A wonderful place to enjoy a relaxing holiday. Please note : Should you require another bedroom, a cute small Studio adjacent to the house can also be rented to accommodate 2 more adults in privacy . The Studio is adjacent to the house, with it’s own private entrance. Has it’s own fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom ensuite and it’s own private courtyard with umbrella, table and chairs & luxury patio chairs. The Studio has mountain views only. (No sea views) Parking for all our holiday lets, is on the pavement in safe, quiet neighbourhood.
