Sweetwater Farm Cottages offers three self-catering cottages on a working farm in Redford Road, a quiet, rural part of The Crags, which lies in between Nature’s Valley and Plettenberg Bay in the beautiful Garden Route. Known as the Red Barn by locals, it retains the original yellow-wood ceilings and black-wood trusses. The beautiful stone-masonry is 160 years old. You will love hiking on the farm trails, the mountain trails past the waterfall through the indigenous forest, or through the beautiful fynbos along Palmiet River. Many artists have made their homes here and one of the annual art exhibitions is held in Sweetwater Barn. We also have a very active quilting community and would love to start quilting workshops and retreats. We have three self-catering cottages which are all private but are within walking distance to each other which makes them perfect for larger groups of family, friends or business getaways.
