House Sandrock Guest Apartment is a separate fully furnished flat with its own entrance and lots of secure parking inside the property. The flat is an annex to a mid-century modern house that was designed and built by the architect Brian Sandrock for himself in 1960 (the architect of UNISA) and located on the 1st floor. We are about 100m from Zuid-Afrikaans Hospital making this the ideal stay over when visiting patients. We’re also close to UNISA, the city center and the University of Pretoria. The newly restored flat has been furnished with period furniture and fittings to give a sense of 60’s living. We have an amazing view of Pretoria and the Union buildings with very tranquil surroundings. Guest can also enjoy our 10m pool and make use of the braai facilities. The apartment sleeps two adults in a bedroom with a double bed. The kitchen is equipped to make self catering a breeze with a microwave oven, gas stove, dishwasher and washing machine. It’s open to the lounge and doubles as a breakfast area. Coffee, tea, milk and rusks are complimentary. The lounge is a tranquil period themed space with a bookshelf full of books, comfortable seating and the obligatory sofa you can crash on to watch a movie. No satellite TV
