The Ark Sanctuary is a cute cottage within a smallholding and can accommodate up to 4 adults comfortably. It has 2 double bedrooms, a large bathroom with shower, and an open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge.The cottage also has its own enclosed garden with lawn and is bordered by shrubs and indigenous plants.One bedroom has a king-size bed and patio doors opening onto the garden. Bedroom 2 has a standard double bed. There is also a sofa-bed in the lounge area suitable for one adult or 2 children. The kitchen is well-equipped with fridge, double gas ring, microwave, kettle, toaster, etc. There is wi-fi in the cottage and a SMART TV. We don’t, however, have DSTV. The cottage also has its own parking space, and braai facilities. The bird-life around Napier is prolific, so if you are interested in birding, please contact Steve for further details. He will be only too pleased to arrange a birding trip out to the wheatfields and the surroundings of Napier, or even just to chat about birds! If you enjoy mountain biking or trail running, this is ideal countryside. You could have a day trip to the seaside, which is only about 45 minutes' drive away, and there are some nature reserves or national parks you can visit. At the end of a busy day, there are some lovely restaurants in Napier.
