A short walk around the lagoon (which is across the road) will get you to the Waterfront area with an assortment of restaurants and shops. Phoenix Lodge is set on the site which previously housed Greenfire Lodge and Drifters Lodge. Unfortunately the main house was destroyed in the Knysna Fires in 2017. The annexe was spared and is rented out as Waterside Accommodation. This building has three double rooms and three queen size rooms over 2 floors. The top floor has fabulous views towards the Knysna Heads. Phoenix Lodge, the new building, has spacious, luxury rooms. Alll have fabulous views from their own private balconies. All rooms enjoy a flat screen TV and private bathrooms with fresh, modern décor. There is also a new restaurant area where guests can enjoy a tasty breakfast whilst overlooking the lagoon. There is an honesty bar where guests can enjoy a sun downer and marvel at the wonderful colours reflected off the lagoon as the sun sets.
