The living area comprises an open plan kitchen and comfortable lounge leading through sliders to a large, covered, entertainment patio with built in braai. There is a television, DVD player, mini hi-fi and DSTV decoder with Easyview in the lounge, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all the required day-to-day amenities and more, and includes a laundry area with washing machine and tumble-drier in the adjoining lock-up garage. The main bedroom with double bed and dressing table also opens through sliders onto the patio and the sunny second bedroom has two single beds. Both are tastefully furnished and serviced by one bathroom (bath with shower attachment).

Situated on the ground floor in front of the communal pool with adjoining lawns, this unit is ideal for small families or groups. The complex is ideally located on the beach road, popular with cyclists and walkers, between the Uvongo beach a short stroll north, and Lucien beach to the South.

The unit has a single lock-up garage and parking for a second car, with nearby guest parking. All linen is provided for the four beds but please bring your own bathroom and beach towels. The DSTV Easyview package is a very limited basic bouquet but you are welcome to bring your own decoder or hire one locally. The unit is not serviced unless by arrangement.
