This modern apartment is situated in a new development in Manaba Beach which has a communal swimming pool and is just a stone's throw from the Manaba Blue Flag beach with several pubs, take aways and shops within walking distance. The hub of Margate with all its offerings is a short drive or stroll on the beach away.

The spacious unit is on the second floor (with lift) offering great sea views. There are three bedrooms sleeping six guests (main bedroom with double bed, second bedroom with double bed and third bedroom with two singles). The main bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, and the second bathroom has a shower only.
The open plan kitchen is modern granite and fully equipped with all the day-to-day cooking amenities, and looks open plan to a spacious dining area and comfortable lounge area which includes flat-screen television, DSTV Compact Bouquet and DVD Player. The main bedroom, dining area and lounge open through sliding doors to a balcony with dining area, gas braai and good sea and breaker views.

Parking is provided for one vehicle in a secure basements and there is additional guest/trailer parking within the complex behind electric gates. All linen is provided but please bring your own beach and bath towels. The unit is not serviced unless by arrangement.
