The enclosed patio leading off from the lounge/diningroom has a fantastic view.

The main bedroom is equipped with a double bed and an en-suite bath.

The family bathroom has both a bath and a shower.

The 1st bedroom (pictured) is equipped with two single beds and has a fantastic sea view.

The 2nd bedroom is equipped with two single beds.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a fridge/freezer, microwave oven, eye-level oven and hob.

HI always choose this apartment when I plan my holidays !!Beautiful

We had a very pleasant stay and will stay here if we ever go to PE again.

A lovely & well equipped apartment to stay. Thoroughly enjoyed it. The only down side was that we were unaware of so many steps to climb as we are in our 60's.

We were very happy with our stay at 9 Marlborough Court. Thanks a lot to our host Sue who was very friendly and helpful and made sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! Our view of the beach from the apartment was stunning and we were only a kilometre or two away from the food and entertainment establishments (The Boardwalk, Barney's etc.) We will definitely be back there for our next holiday and would recommend this value-for-money stay to anyone travelling to PE!

Lovely position on the PE beachfront wth easy access to beaches and other amenities and great sea views. The flat is in great condition, clean, well maintained and all the bedding and towels etc were in good condition and plentiful. Contact (for keys etc) is with the owners daughter who is very pleasant and accommodating.
Access to the flat is by way of the fire escape at the rear of the building, which is not great.
Would recommend without hesitation and would definitely return.
