Guest Comments

We booked a family room, and requested the one with a tub, only to realise when we got there that the room had a shower. Not sure how we were supposed to bath our little one in the shower.

All the staff hospitality was poor, including the owners/managers. Nobody cared to even ask us how we slept, whether we enjoyed it or not, and that's besides the point on choosing breakfast the staff did not like us selecting "too much" stuff.

The room safe was not working and we were told someone went with the keys and is too expensive to replace. The TV in the room was the old 18" CRT. The cold water in the sink was very hard to open and close.

All in all, this was an ancient lodge to us and not a good experience there.
