Cape Alexander is a newly renovated two bedroom apartment located in the fashionable suburb of Tamboerskloof. Nestled high up on the slopes of Signal Hill, Cape Alexander has beautiful views of the city through to the majestic Devils Peak Mountain.
Tamboerskloof residents can often be seen sitting on the sidewalk at the Daily Deli in Brownlow Road sipping coffee and enjoying the interaction of the local community.
A few minutes drive to the Table Mountain lower cable car station, the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront, Cape Town Convention Centre and to Cape Town's famous Blue Flag status beaches.

Cape Alexander is within close walking distance to trendy Kloof Street with its numerous popular restaurants, supermarkets, coffee shops and corner cafe's - so convenient that that own cooking is not necessary! The apartment consists of a master bedroom and a slightly smaller second bedroom, both classically decorated and offering safe, overhead fan, ample cupboard space, luggage rack, international plugs, work station/dressing table. Open plan lounge / dining area leading to balcony with stunning views of the city through to Devils Peak Mountain. One bathroom with international shaver plug and bath/shower. Beautifully equipped grantite top kitchen offering dishwasher, fridge, tumble dryer, washing machine, oven / hob together with all the necessary utensils and crockery.
