Guest Comments

The Hotel was not aware of my booking on sleeping-out.co.za. Reception insisted that I pay the fees again as they did not agree with the agreement with sleeping-out.co.za. This is not something you want to deal with after arriving at 9pm after a long day of travels. Our TV was not working properly, at times not at all. The coffee and sugar in the kitchen were rock hard and there was no milk available. We found a cockroach in the room. The fridge were not turned on, so we could not place our take-away's or beverages in to stay fresh. Our door struggled to lock.
