Reception average.Dinner good. Breakfast good but no service to remove dirty plates.Beautiful setting. Shower in our room needs attention. No lunch salad or toasted sandwich or snack available. Did not charge corkage- good!

We'll recommend Dundi Lodge at Augrabies to everybody. Nicely equipped, spacious, clean and cool room. Great bed with Egyptian cotton, fantastic bathroom with double shower. Bonus: Chef cooked like dream! Well done !

Friendly and helpful staff, great service and value for money. Dundi Lodge is the place to stay when visiting Augrabies Falls.

We enjoyed the lovely surroundings at the Lodge but were a little disappointed with the lack of staff training. As we arrived at the Lodge we were met with the sight of the receptionist hurrying in to the front of the lodge while avoiding any eye contact with us. She was less than friendly when we came to reception and we were whisked to our rooms. No friendly greeting or welcome! We also found it extremely off putting to have the waitresses standing to attention to one side of the dining area while we were eating. We have been in top class establishments before and have never seen anything like it. We were also offered no choice with the breakfast which is strange in a 5 star rated lodge. We feel that it was just lack of experience on the part of the managers and with time something that could be improved but in the meantime we would hesitate to recommend it.
