Overview

We are an affordable and comfortable self catering guest house with various rooms catering to your every need. We have a warm and inviting atmosphere with a swimming pool at your disposal and many activities in the surrounding area. All of our rooms have an en-suite bathroom and kitchenette for your convenience.

Our rooms are spacious and have all of the creature comforts of home including large wardrobes allowing you to unpack and relax as if you were right at home. Whether you want an afternoon by the pool, or a quiet evening in, 11th Avenue is suited to all your holiday and breakaway requirements.

We have various facilities in our immediate area including: Spur, Mike's Kitchen, Oppi Plaas Garden Restaurant, Pavilion Shopping Center, Spar, Ster Kinekor Cinemas, New Metro Cinemas, and Gezina Gallery center. We are a child friendly establishment and every room has a television.

The accommodation was booked for my son. Being a first time visitor to Johannesbur/Pretoria, he did not know what to expect. I am glad to report that he was treated as one of the family, the staff was very helpful and supportive. He was very impress with the self catering unit he stayed in, it was spacious, clean and had everything in it to make his stay a memorable one. We will definitely book there again.
