This flat is situated on the edge of the sea and you wake up with the sound of the waves and early mornings the dolphins swim by and sometimes even wales. The beaches are very secluded and the flat is well furnished. View from 2nd Bedroom over patio.

Villa Royal is a stunningly situated three-bedroom apartment overlooking the sea.
The apartment sleeps six people with two double beds and two single beds. The main bedroom has an en suite bath and toilet. The guest bathroom has a shower and toilet. Spare linen, towels and toiletries are provided.

The kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, dish washer and washing machine. A domestic cleaner is available for longer stays. There is a lock up garage and extra parking. All you need for your beach holiday is clothes and food.

A lovely spacious flat, absolutely beautiful sea view, and HUGE verandah. Loved that there were no buildings obstructing the view!!! Straight out to sea and beach cove. Very quiet,relaxed,and secure. Clean, extremely comfy beds,and all the gadgets one might need. Loved the place!

The location of 202 is perfect. It has its own terrace which gives amazing views. The layout and appliances available make your stay extremely easy.
The apartment is a bit tired with the kitchen cupboards needing an update but you can see the owner is working towards this as there are updates in the bathrooms and bedrooms.
Full DStv is a bonus! Washing machine and tumble dryer a huge bonus. However having to take your own towels is a real disadvantage especially, I would imagine, for overseas visitors who have enough to pack.
The parking is a nightmare. Very difficult to manoeuvre especially if you have a big car/SUV.
Overall? Well worth it and the owner is readily available for any queries. BUT make sure there is no maintenance being done because the noise is terrible.
