Check-in (payment, getting keys & directions to Greenmarket Place), is from 16.00pm (or earlier if possible, depending on whether previous guests are departing from your unit on the morning of your arrival day), even at night & on weekends, at our main Reception office at The Centurion All-Suite HotelTM in Sea Point (close to our other buildings), irrespective of which building you have booked to stay at. Check-out is up to 10.00am (or later if possible, depending on whether other guests are checking into your unit on your departure day).

Rates from R470 to R3800 and higher, per night per Apartment, depending on which season, length of stay and number of persons sharing.

The promotional low daily rates include for 2 adults in bedroom and 1 child under 13 or 1 adult on double sleeper couch in lounge, thereafter an additional surcharge applies on the daily rates. Children of 13 years and older, are classed as adults. (Surcharge per extra adult = + 34%, per extra child = + 17%)

The below rates apply for a stay of 5 nights or more. Shorter stays are subject to an additional surcharge on the daily rates.

Stays shorter than 5 nights, are subject to an additional surcharge on the low promotional daily rates. (Surcharge for only 4 nights = + 10%, 3 = + 20%, 2 = + 30%, 1 = + 40%)

During certain high peak periods like Christmas, Easter, etc., the applicable rates will be higher than the below rates, for certain portions of any month.

Our rates include free Internet/Wifi, M-Net & DSTV Hotel Bouquet ("Cable TV"), hot water & parking (VAT N/A), but exclude all meals, daily servicing, heating (optional extra R50p.d. per heater), late-checkin fee of R300 after 8pm & refundable Damage/Security Deposit of approximately R1000 payable together with the rental balance on checking in.

Children over the age of 12yrs charged as adults.

Should you encounter damaged or missing items among the above, or damage to any
other surface in the apartment, it must be reported to us within two hours of checking in.

It was great, very convenient, but ensure that there is back-up lighting in case of load-shedding.

The key needs to be collected at Centurion Hotel which is far from the apartment, why cant they make arrangement for the keys to be at their reception. The facilities at the place was not enough i.e the crockery, pots, etc.

The place was wonderful and so well located. From the window you could see Table Mountain and the wonderful GreenMarket downstairs.
