This face brick double storey house offers 1 double en-suite room ,1 twin room and 1 double room sharing a bathroom(ideal for a family ) are located in Brooks Street, just off Lynnwood Road in Menlo Park and easy to find from the N1 highway.
The Hillcrest shopping centre is within walking distance with a Dischem, Woolworths Food, Pick and Pay, Clicks, various coffee shops, and The University of Pretoria and all the student accommodation. The well known Performer Theatre is also located in Menlo Park.
The house is secured and has safe parking.
The Guest House is stylishly decorated with a TV in two rooms. Tea- and coffee-making facilities and small fridge is available. The rooms are located on the top floor of the house which is very private for guests.
Bus point to Hatfield Gautrain station, 500 meters from guesthouse.
It is also close to the following places: Hatfield; Menlyn Shopping Centre; Brooklyn Mall; CSIR; Menlopark shopping centre; Hoerskool Menlo Park; Laerskool Menlo Park; Loftus Versfeld, Girls and Boys high school is not very far away.
