It is conveniently close to town with a wide selection of restaurants, bars, nightclubs and seasonal beach entertainment while being just far enough to offer quiet relaxation at the end of the day.
This spacious apartment with comfortable furnishings offers good sea views and comfortably sleeps six guests in two bedrooms - main bedroom with a double bed; second bedroom with two single beds; and a double sleeper couch in the lounge. The main bedroom has sea views and an en-suite washroom with a shower. The second washroom has a bath.
The large kitchen centred around a dining table is fully equipped with all your day-to-day cooking amenities and includes a washing machine and tumble-drier. It is open plan, over a granite breakfast counter, to a comfortable lounge with television, DVD player and DSTV with the basic Easyview bouquet. The lounge leads through sliding doors to a large covered balcony with patio suite, braai and sea views. The balcony is fully enclosed with sliding trellis gates allowing one to enjoy the sea breeze through open doors at night.
The unit is allocated a single lock-up garage and there is guest and trailer parking available in the complex which is accessed through remote electric gates. All linen is provided (excluding towels) and the unit can be serviced daily on request (subject to availability and additional charge). Guests can upgrade the DSTV bouquet by bringing their own decoder (single view only) or hiring one locally. The complex is 200m walking distance to the sea and private beaches 700m walking distance to Margate main beach.

Overall we had a pleasant stay. Appreciate the speedy response & repair to the malfunctioning fridge,Great. However it still requires attention as the motor became very noisy when running.
Believe,maybe the checkout time at 9.00am should be at the unit instead of the Spar where the keys are dropped off. A mat behind the entrance/Kitchen door would be good,especially during inclement weather. Just something I think should be considered from the way I see things. Thanks
