My stay was comfortable and its good value for money considering the place is close to malls and shopping centers.

Breakfast for R70 was overpriced in terms of what was on offer. The promptness that they knock on your door at 10pm for checkout is a bit rude; a little leeway would go a long way. The overall price for a room versus what you get was a let-down.

The receptionists were so helpful as they were able to accommodate us for a few more nights. Thank you for the awesome service.

No wifi available .
No after hour room service - all has to be done between 10am - 3pm .
This does not allow a weary traveller who checks in after three to get any room service - be it towels etc .
Although clean - it has a smoking smell filtering through hallway .

The accommodation is sufficient for a night's stay. There are a few small suggestions that could improve the experience though.
1. TV is very small and too high suspended on the wall, makes it hard to watch TV from the bed.
2. A TV guide would be nice so that one can see what is on TV seen as there is no'info' option on the remote.
3. The feet of the bed bend outwards - although it is an attractive feature, every time you walk past the bed you bump your toe... VERY ANNOYING. Could become a problem if someone is injured.
Other than that it is fine.
