Lovely, well kitted out accomodation. Friendly and helpful owner. Beautiful setting - on the river.
- Lynn Daniell

We were pleasantly surprised. This is a really wonderful oasis to find on your way to your destination. We immediately booked our overnight stay for when we return home!
- Paul Fouche

Enjoyed our stay tremendously. The lamb served in the restaurant was excellent - will certainly return when travelling through Colesberg.

We have stayed at the lodge numerous times and overall are very happy. The only criticism is that there is no air conditioning in any of the rooms that we have stayed in and it is extremely hot, making it very difficult and uncomfortable to sleep. Not good when you are using the lodge as an overnight stop. I also have a bit of an issue with the fact that the dogs are in and out of the kitchen constantly in the restaurant. I realise that this is a family business, however whenever we have been it has been very busy with diners and I just feel that in the interests of hygiene certain rules should be put in place.
