Located on the fifth floor, 502 Rockwell is accessible by elevator and comprises one bedroom that is equipped with a double bed, and a double sleeper couch ideal for kids. The bathroom has a shower over bath, basin and toilet, and the kitchen, lounge and dining area are open-plan. The kitchen is modern and contains facilities such as a fridge-freezer and a microwave, a stove and an oven as well as a double sink with ample built-in cupboards to store any crockery and cutlery, a dishwasher and washing machine, a tumble dryer and other appliances.

The dining area has a table with chairs for four, and the lounge has neat seating arrangements and a TV that has a DVD player as well as selected DStv channels. From the lounge, sliding doors lead out onto a balcony that has patio furniture and offers wonderful views of the area surroundings. Internet is available throughout the apartment, but charges may apply.

The building has a swimming pool and gym for guests to enjoy while staying at 502 Rockwell, with secure basement parking available for one vehicle. The apartment is a stone's throw away from the V&A Waterfront and is situated opposite the Cape Quarter well known for its excellent restaurants and nightlife.
