Rosenview is a winelands gem set on the foothills of the Helderberg, with the world-famous Table Mountain on the distant horizon. In this prized position, scenic landscapes and farmhouse charm converge with accessibility and modern convenience, to offer family hospitality to leisure and business guests alike.

The Bruwer family purchased Rosenview Farm in 1988. As a way to supplement their agricultural income, they renovated the original farmhouse structures to establish a country-style bed and breakfast - the first accredited guesthouse on Stellenbosch farmland. Almost 30 years later, Rosenview still receives returning guests from its earliest days - a testament to the Bruwers' passion for people, hospitality and service excellence.

Our idyllic location

Its location is remarkably central, lying on a world-famous wine route, surrounded by exquisite wedding venues, and situated just 10km from top tourist destination Stellenbosch and 20 minutes' drive from warm, sandy beaches. Rosenview's convenient proximity to the region's major business districts and Cape Town International Airport, make it a suitable destination for work or play.

Artisan, African coffee
Rosenview is home to Legado Coffee Roasters, an artisan micro-roastery based in the beautifully renovated, century-old wine cellar. Legado sources coffee beans from small-scale farmers across the continent, to serve single origin varietals and special house blends to coffee enthusiasts - and directly to Rosenview's breakfast table and conference room.

Housed within century-old converted farmstead structures, 12 guest suites have been lovingly renovated by the Bruwer family, and furnished with a considered mix of beautiful antiques and modern conveniences.
We add finishing touches which vary between rooms, seasons and a guest's individual preferences - hot chocolate in the winter or wildflowers in the springtime serve to welcome visitors into the family.
Guests have a choice between Classic or House suites: Cosy Classic Suites offer mountain views and outdoor patios, while our spacious House Suites are conveniently located within the main house, close to the dining room and in-house services. Guest Comments

What a lovely calm place to stay - I can just imagine how lovely it must be in summer! Thank you - we went back refreshed and happy.
The fridge and kettle shared a plug point, so one had to be unplugged while the other was plugged in.
Larger coffee mugs would be fabulous! (Hot chocolate in delicate tea cups left me licking out the cup :-) )
PLEASE put up signs about water restrictions - there were none to be found anywhere.
