The Challens family welcomes you to experience tranquillity in our very peaceful neighbourhood and give you the homely feeling away from home. We have three self-catering units, each with its own character and view of the sea: Unit 1, Unit 2 and Unit 3.
Kitchen, lounge, dining and TV area. We offer our guests: Access to wireless internet, digital Satellite TV, assistance with vehicle hire, airport transfer and relevant local tourist information.
Our guest house is situated within walking distance from the Mineral World, less than 10 minutes drive away from the penguin population at Boulders Beach and 20 minutes drive from Cape Point Nature Reserve where the Atlantic and Indian Oceans meet.
Simon's Town is a naval town and from the house, you will have an undisturbed view of the harbour. This town has a rich historical background with a number of museums, which may be interesting to visit. Various art and curio shops operate at the Waterfront amongst a few nice restaurants and coffee shops.
Water taxis run from the harbour to a nearby island where shark cage diving is done. Fish Hoek is regarded as the best beach in the Cape Peninsula and is less than 10 minutes drive from our house. Kalk Bay is close by and has some of the most popular restaurants in the Southern Peninsula. Muizenberg, 3 km further offers popular water sport for children among other attractions
