We had a wonderful stay unfortunately security needs an upgrade, there was a break in early hours of the morning and our colleagues cellphone was stolen through the window when we were asleep.

On Arrival I did not find the man that had to take our luggage very friendly or helpful.
The room was a good size however the carpets was not very clean and the linen on my bed was torn.
I cancelled my last night and went home earlier. I left my smart cell phone charge in the reception area where the Samsung phone was busy charging however nobody has come back to me to ask if it might be mine. The breakfast was OK

We really had a wonderful stay at the guest house. Everything was on point from the welcoming, breakfast, facilities and service in general. Thank you for making our stay in Durban a great one.

I've spend very little time at the Guest House......the owner was on holiday and another lady was looking after the guest house. I was greeted with a bit of a disturbing comment: "you just arrived as we are busy with some renovations" ......... not much renovating was happening. The owner was back on the last day of my stay and I've pointed out that I've left a list of emergency repairs that was needed in my room. They tried, but with no success. My honest feeling was that the owner is tired and the guest house a burden. I had to ask the security guard to switch of the television in the lounge, he was watching TV every night till well into the early morning hours. The staff are not motivated and was seen in the way that they cleaned & service the rooms.
