Thank you so much the last thing I expected was to be a winner and receive a refund!
- Neil Bowler

The unit we stayed in was infested with mosquitos which made for a very unpleasant night. The shower drain overflowed and the toilet was leaking water onto the bathroom floor. This was unfortunate because the unit itself was actually spacious and comfortable.

Very disappointed. Paid high season tarrif in low season. No refund

The warm water took very very long to reach the shower, that is really some waste of water

Place was very clean and neat

Other patrons noise levels were extreme. Very basic accommodation. Would not recommend to travel requiring a good nights rest.
Noise rules should be implemented and control should be kept.

Rooms not finished off completely. No carpets / tiles on the floors. Shower door not working properly.
Since my childhood days I wanted to sleepover at Wagon Wheels. I am now a pensioner. If I can I will make use of you again and I will promote you to all my friends and family as I enjoyed the stay over.

We stayed at Wagon Wheel on the way to and on the way back from our destinations with our 20 month old baby. We were very impressed with the comfortable, clean rooms and efficient restaurant service. The grounds have plenty of soft green grass with swimming pool, braai spaces, a super cute pen with white bunnies and chickens as well as a jungle gym. All in all fabulous if you're traveling with kids. We will definitely return.

We were happy with everything but I want to suggest that where the pool drops from shallow to deep, is marked clearly. I saw steps on one side but they're not easily visible. On the other side there is a sudden drop and I had baby in my arms which was very dangerous as I went underneath suddenly and panicked followed by a cramp in my calf. Luckily my husband was there to jump in and help us.

What an amazing Motel, very clean, very helpful friendly staff. Made us and our pets very happy. I highly recommend the Wagon Wheel. Will definitely be back there soon.

It was a very pleasant experience with friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you

It was overpriced for what you got and the room as on the website wasn't what we got - room as advertised would have been worth the R 830 for the night. Was relatively disappointing, but are used to the facilities we get when staying up west coast and winelands areas.
