Overzicht

All our cottages are made of natural stone found on the property. Each cottage has its own wooden carport built from logs cut down from the property(invasive trees). They are an open-plan design and all have deep covered verandas. The cottages are situated far enough from each other to ensure privacy. Aloe and karee are situated next to each other, if you are 2 couples you will still be able to sleep in your own cottage, but next to each other with your own privacy.

We have 6 cottages in total. we have one 8 sleeper, two 6 sleeper and three 2 sleeper cottages. The three 2 sleeper cottages also have double sleeper couches in them if you want to sleep three or 4 people

Each cottage is fully equipped and totally self-sufficient, with its own en-suite bathroom, kitchen and braai area. Some cottages have fireplaces for winter.

The bathrooms have either showers, or a bath with a shower over the bath. We supply fluffy towels and soap.

The beds are made up with linen consisting of sheets (both top and bottom) cotton waffle weave blankets and a duvet. In winter we supply extra blankets.

The kitchens are equipped with microwaves, fridges, cooking hobs and all the other necessary equipment needed in the preparation and consumption of meals. If your stay is longer than one night, our staff will service your cottage.

Although we are a self-catering establishment you will be provided with tea and coffee daily.

This is your chance to escape the pressures of daily life. Hide away from all communication and truly recharge your batteries. You can sit and relax on our deep stoeps, read a book, or watch the prolific bird life. All our cottages have DSTV with all the Mnet and sport channels as well as SABC 1,2,3 and Etv. Some units have either aircons or fans.

Tariffs: R200 key dep is payable cash when you arrive and is refundable when you leave. We require a 50% deposit to confirm your booking. Balance is payable upon arrival. We do have card facilities. >Check-In & Check-Out Times: Check-in times are from 14:00 until 18:30, unless alternative arrangements have been made. Units must be vacated by 10:00 on the morning of departure. If no-one is coming into your particular unit that day, you are welcome to stay until 11h00, but not later, as the housekeeping staff need to prepare the units for the next day.

The shower needs to be fixed, you cant control the water temperature it's either too hot or too cold. The place and the staff itself very pleasant. It's extremely beautiful and clean. The staff is professional and friendly. I really loved the place and will definitely go back again and have already started recommending it to other people.

We were welcomed by the front office lady named Zedna, and she was just so friendly and wonderful!! She was very informative about the resort and also about the places of interest in surrounds. She was our first impression of this resort and we were immediately impressed. She is just the right person to have at a place like that. The resort in itself is wonderful.
