Welcome to this light and bright renovated luxury apartment, with a balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Located on the Platinum Mile of Mouille Point's Beach Boulevard, the apartment is fully furnished and equipped, and is within easy walking distance from amenities such as cafes, restaurants, deli's, bus routes and all the entertainment and variety of the world famous V&A Waterfront.

The kitchen is beautifully renovated and fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a fridge, washing machine and tumble-dryer, a stove with hob and oven, a microwave oven, kettle, toaster, and a full range of crockery and cutlery.

Located between the V&A Waterfront and Sea Point, Mouille Point features an abundance of apartments overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, Robben Island and Lion's Head. The promenade stretches along the beachfront, and is great for roller-blading, jogging or a sunset stroll. Mouille Point's landmark is its lighthouse, which was the first lighthouse in South Africa, built in 1924. It is still operational and can be visited during the week from 9 am to 3 pm.
