Mary's Place offers comfortable accommodation in a private apartment, ideal for leisure and business travellers. The fully furnished and tiled three-room apartment is located on the lower level of a large private house in Park Hill, Durban North. The apartment accommodates two adults only,

The spacious living room has two comfortable sofas, a coffee table and a wall unit with a flat-screen TV with premium DStv. Free Wi-Fi is available. The bedroom has a relaxing atmosphere and offers a comfortable double bed and built in cupboards with ample hanging space and shelving. Bed linen and bath sheets are supplied and the apartment is serviced daily. Both rooms have ceiling fans and a wall-safe is provided. The bathroom has a shower, wash basin and lavatory and toiletries are provided.

Guests can visit any of the various local restaurants and takeaway outlets situated within close proximity to Swapo Road. A fridge/freezer, microwave oven and a kettle and toaster are provided together with tea and coffee making facilities. Trays, crockery, cutlery and glassware are supplied for takeaway food. All used dishes are removed daily when the rooms are serviced.

This apartment is ideal for guests who prefer to dine out or bring takeaway food back to eat at the patio table or on trays indoors.

Guests can relax at the table and chairs on the patio and also have access to a swimming pool and a separate, covered patio with pool loungers. Guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.

The swimming pool is on the upper level of the garden and guests are welcome to make use of the pool and pool loungers on the upper patio

Secure parking is provided for one car and the property is secured with an electric gate and electric fences. Access is gained by remote control. The apartment is for two adults only; children and visitors are not permitted on the property..

Conveniently situated for the Moses Mabhida Stadium, Ushaka Marine World and Suncoast Casino, 11kms from the Umhlanga and Durban beaches, 8kms from Gateway Theatre of Shopping and 25kms from King Shaka International Airport. The Sibaya Casino is located between Umhlanga and Umdloti. For the golfer, there is Beachwood Country Club and Durban Country Club and further up the North coast, you'll find Zimbali Golf Estate, Mount Edgecombe Country Club, and Princes Grant Golf Estate. Two major hospitals are located nearby, namely Ethekwini Heart and Chest Hospital and Umhlanga Hospital.

Romantic: The apartment is secluded and has a separate entrance, making it ideal for honeymoon couples.
