We have a lovely 2 bedroom self catering unit. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a little breakfast counter leading to the lounge/dining room which gives you access to our verandah with its own BBQ and access to the pool and garden area. There is a full bathroom: shower, bath, toilet & basin. The two bedrooms have ample cupboard space. The main bedroom has a little safe, where you can lock up all your valueable belongings. Full DSTV is available.
The Airport, V & A Waterfront, Beaches, Winelands, major Shopping Centres and a Golf Course is conveniently close to us. We are within walking distance away from a little shopping centre, offering you necessities like: Pick 'n Pay, Woolworths, couple of restaurants, ATM's and a Laundromat.
For guests staying 1 week or longer; the unit will be cleaned thoroughly once a week, when linen will be changed as well. Towels will be changed as per customers request.
Our area is very quiet, safe and secure, the crime in our area came down by 70% over last couple of years. Your car will be parked behind an electronic gate, which offers you your own separate and private entrance.
We kindly ask you to use water and electricity sparingly (don't leave all the lights on - you know what we mean). Ensure that you know at all times when Eskom will be load-shedding, so that you can plan your day accordingly. Sufficient light will be provided during load-shedding.
Please note we own a greywater system on our property (meaning "we go green" - all the water getting consumed on the property get's re-used for our garden) - regret: no handwashing of clothes will be allowed.
Please note, we have a large dog on our premises, ensure that the entrance/exit gate is closed at all times, do not feed her and please do not allow her into the unit.
